reducing customer churn is a top priority.
I investigate a dataset from a telecom company called Databel and analyze their churn rates. Analyzing churn by figuring out why customers are churning at the rate they are, and how to reduce churn.
I answered these questions by creating calculated fields and various visualizations in Tableau, such as dual-axis graphs and scatter plots.

EXPLORE US BIKESHARE DATA

In this project, I used Python to explore data related to bike share systems for three major cities in the United States—Chicago, New York City, and Washington. I write code to import the data and answer interesting questions about it by computing descriptive statistics. I'm also writing a script that takes in raw input to create an interactive experience in the terminal to present these statistics.
